This product is normally used as a substitute for lamellar discs for finishing metal or wood before painting. It is longer than lamellar discs, leaves a better finish on the material and there is no possibility of damage to the material due to aggressive handling of the sander (when pressed with a lamella disc, holes can be made in the metal).
